Gerenssa opens a space for conversation about development and its challenges.

We consider the work carried out by Gerenssa as the effort of an actor that contributes to the development process in the country and in the region.

The research and studies we carry out are not only aimed at responding to the requirements of the terms of reference or signed contracts. Our efforts raise reflections, questions, contributions and challenges to the policies, programs and projects that are implemented.

As "practitioners" of development, understood in a general sense as an improvement in the quality of life of all people, we now open a space on our site to incorporate reflection and analysis of our work through a blog (notebook logbook / field diary) where we can all write our observations, findings, loose ideas or reflections.

As Umberto Maturana reminded us, conversing comes from the Latin conversari and means "to live, to walk, in company"; that is, convert something accompanied, together. The blog has that purpose, to talk about the challenges of development.

We invite all of you to send us your contributions so this space can be ours and our conversation space.
